What Causes Small Opening On My Left Breast Along With White Discharge?

Age 68, white female, height 5 4 weight 176. I have a small opening on my left breast that just happened during the night last night. It is oozing a tan colored thick yuk. I have had absolutely not pain. I had surgery in 2007 for fat necrosis in that breast.

It is a collection of debris under the skin.
it might be secondary to the surgery you had in past.
It presents with a lump discharging white foul-smelling material.
It is usually painless until infected.
The treatment is surgical excision of the cyst.
