What Causes Small Painful Boil Near Clitoris?

So I have a boil on my inner lady lip, near my clitoris. It started small, pea size. My husband squeezed it the day before yesterday. That made it worse because yesterday it was twice as large and today it was three times as large. The upper part of it is hard. I intended to leave it alone to heal but it was very painful. I was able to drain it some today. First what came out was yellow green and slightly thick. Then blood came out and lastly a pinkish clear. It s still quite large and hard in the upper region. Is this a boil? Cyst? Never had one on the INSIDE like that before. Should I continue to try to drain it? Any advice would be helpful and I thank you in advance!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think it is Bartholin's cyst. It is good if you can drain it. You can use warm baths to open it up and drain. Take Acetaminophen for pain. If it doesn't go away visit a gynecologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
