What Causes Small Painful Lump In The Elbow?

I have a small pea sized lump in my elbow. I can move it around and it s kinda hard. On the outside of my skin it s kinda yellow on top of it but it s not raise. I haven t been bitten by anything on that arm. I ve had it for like 2 weeks now and it hurts, sometimes when I push on it my arm goes numb. What is it?
