What Causes Small Painful Swollen Fluid Filled Blisters On The Temples?

I have a small cluster of fluid filled bites or blisters with a white center surrounded by red swelling in one spot between the side of my eye and hairline. Very painful, swelling, can feel pain near my jaw and have noticed a few spots starting to swell up by my upper lip.......took benadryl, and Aleve.....pain is still there......applied an antibiotic cream to the spots......any idea what they could be? Symptoms started on Wednesday morning.

As per your complain small clusters or blisters or fluid filled bites on the area between hairline and side of eye and on the upper lip can occur due to causes like hair follicle infection of Folliculitis, bacterial infection causing Impetigo, allergic reaction causing Contact Dermatitis etc..
I would suggest you to consult a Trichologist or Dermatologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like microscopic examination of the scrapings from the scalp and blood tests can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised antibiotics, anti inflammatory medicines, anti allergic medicines and topical application of antibiotic and steroid ointment..
Avoid scratching the bumps to avoid infection..
Wash the scalp every alternate day with a mild shampoo..
Avoid moisture accumulation in the scalp..
