General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The painless blisters on labia majora could be due to genital warts (HPV/molluscum virus) or due to syphilis.

The lesion needs to be examined physically & investigated as per need to confirm the diagnosis... followed by specific treatment. Please consult an expert physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale,
