What Causes Small Penis?

hello Dr I am raj, I am afraid I have a problem with my pennies, the end of the foreskin on my pennies is small I cant pull it completely backwards only a little of that pink thing I can bring out, another thing is its slightly turned towards left, I am afraid I may have any problem during intercourse, please give me a good answer
