What Causes Small Purple Spots On Right Side Of Penis After Having Oral Sex?

woke up this morning and notice too small purple spots the right side of my penis tip. there is no pain to these sores or spots The day prior my partner used their hand & mouth to stimulated me. and I have been fighting a head cold. did some research online and says most likely is a broken blood vessel and I thought I should probably get a second opinion. and I m curious if I should abstain from sexual activity. any insight you it would be much appreciated

I understand your concern.
Purple spot on the penis after having oral sex could be due to injured veins beneath the skin. It should gradually heal by itself.
To prevent secondary infection, you can apply neomycin skin cream twice a day. Abstain from sexual activity till the lesions heal completely.
