What Causes Small Purplish/brown Spots On Penis?

Hey so a couple of days ago I had unprotected sex and about 10 minutes ago I noticed 3 small purplish/brown dots on the base of my penis. They look as if they ve been there for a while yet I just noticed them. By that I mean they look aged and sort of faded. They don t hurt at all and are totally flat. She was pretty tight if that makes a difference. -Tyler

Hi,

If it is a unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection. Your symptoms more related to syphilis . doing a VDRL and TPHA and help you.

I hope I have answered your query. If you have further doubts, I would be happy to help you.

Regards,
