What Causes Small, Red And Itchy Bump On Vaginal Lips?

Hi, i have a small red bump on one of my lips it is itchy but did not hurt. I also have a small red itchy patch on top of my clitus. Everyone I sit down in the toilet abd spread my legs it feels like web you have cracked lips. It s hurts on that manner. A couple of days prior I had a yeast infection abd the discharge of course made me itchy. Now I feel I no longer have the infection but yet I still have these symptoms. Can you please help?

there are different possibilities like
chancre,allergic papules due to yeast,malacopakia etc.
you need to consult a dermatologist because proper examination of the lesion is necessary to diagnose.
foe the fissured skin like feeling you can use creams.
