What Causes Small Red Dots On Front And Sides Of Shins?
I have small red dots on the front and sides of my shins. Slightly larger than pin pricks. More than 20 on each leg. And a few red dots also on my left torso. Also, lately, my skins has been getting very flushed in the afternoon; sometimes my hands feel like they are on fire. And if I drink a glass of wine, my nose goes beat red like a 5-day drunk. I feel like this might be more than 1 problem. Any ideas?

You seem to have developed pigmented purpuric dermatosis .
This is basically a vascular disease which causes development of pigmented vasculitic spots . But it is a harmless skin condition .
Just apply good amount of moisturisers.
