What Causes Small Red Itchy Bumps On The Legs?

I have many raised red looking bites on the back of my legs. They are very itchy and seem to be multiplying. What could they be. I do not have pets and my wife sleeps in the same bed so i do not think its fleas or bedbugs. Any thoughts? Thanks, Steven

Hello,

It may be due to allergic reactions.

For that you can apply hydrocortisone ointment locally.

Take tablet loratidine for itching.

Maintain proper hygiene.

Watch for symptoms severe itching, breathing problem than you may require urgent medical care.
