What Causes Small Red Lumps On Arm, Body Chills And Fatigue?

I have a small hot red bump on my arm,it starts like a bite.Then it turns a deeper red in the center spreads out with raised edge and burns.The other two left what looks like burn scars on my arm size of a dime.I need to know what it is.I have chills body aches and very weak and tired.Last week when I went to urgent care they said it s just a reaction to a bite,but I seem to be getting worse.

Hello,

Teh symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction. I suggest using an antihistamine such as Cetirizine 10 mg to relieve the itching. I also suggest using Betametasone cream for local application.
