What Causes Small Red Spot On My Torso, Back And Flank Area?

I have 4 small red spots..one on my right lateral torso, one on the right flank area and one on the left middle of the back, . One had s fluid filled center but that is crusted over now. Bright red. No pain, scant itching. noticed them yesterday and they are just the same today. No fever..feel fine
