What Causes Small Red Spots Around Mouth And Chin?

My Granddaughter has small pimples around her mouth and chin area. They start as small red bumps, develop a white head, then turn into small red spots that dont go away. She has had these for approx. 3 weeks now. I took her to a local clinic when I first noticed them. The practitioner there said she thought it was caused by a virus?

Well come to HCM
If this is viral lesion then this need to be differentiated with warts, and if this is warts then this need to be managed surgically, if this is single one then this may not be due to virus but this could be due to some infection and just wait for some time this would be fine soon, take care.
