What Causes Small Red Spots Around The Eyes?

hello i have red dots around my eyes more like a rash that i got after i threw up its happened before so i knew it was broken blood vessels from the force the only weird thing this time is it actually burns like sunburn skin my eyes look lightly swollen and its a little itchy. This started about 2 weeks ago i am 5 mths pregnant so i am have thrown up a few times during those 2 weeks making me beleive thats why they warent going away. Could it be some aort of allergic reaction?

Yes, rash around the eyes along with swelling and itching can be because of allergic reaction.It can be due to application of mascara or eyeliner on the lids , application of nail paint, some plant allergy, spectacle frame allergy or due to endogenous causes. You should apply mild steroid like hydrocoritisone cream along with tablet chlorpheniramine maleate which is antiallergic.
