General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Recurrent appearance of red spots on extremities without any other symptoms can be due to many reasons. I would advise you to have liver function tests along with bleeding, clotting and prothrombin time. This may be related to liver disease. Secondly you have to search for any factors in food, beverages, atmosphere, in house and office that might give allergic reactions. Take appropriate management only after consulting your doctor or a dermatologist as a second opinion.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
