What Causes Small Reddish Raised Facial Bumps?

hi, i have these small, red, raised bumps, facial bumps that appear like acne but they have no puss, and when i scrape my finger nail over them they pop! mostly clear fluid comes out, they are on the sides or my jawline, forehead, and chin. what are they!

they appears to be pimples. donot fidle them. can apply betadine lotion over them. can take systemic anibiotic like inj penicilin for 7days. topical cream are available. ayurvedic medication claiming cure are available.
