What Causes Small Soft Lumps On The Testicle?

Hello, I am a 23 year old man and I have found a small soft lump above my left testicle. It appeared about a week ago and causes a minor ache at random times through the day. I can crush it down without pain using my fingers but i have no idea what it is.

Thanks for your query.

This is a small infected sebaceous cyst. You can pop it as you can , you say.
Apply locally liquid povidone iodine before and after popping..
Continue using povidone iodine and take a small course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines if you feel the infection is spreading or not getting under control under Doctor's guidance and prescription.
