What Causes Small Sores On Vaginal Lips?

Im 29 years, 50 kg. I usually get a small sore on the lips of the vagina either before or afta menstruation, takes a week to heal. It jus comes out and goes back, sometimes it contains puss which will come out then it will heal. the sores are not painfull.
