What Causes Small Strokes, Sleep Apnea And Headache When Diagnosed With Moyamoya Disease?

I was diagnosed with moyamoya ive had several strokes with no lasting affects I also have sleep apnea the arteries in my brain have collapsed so the neurologists don t want me to take blood pressure meds but my blood pressure has been slightly elevated the past few days and im having terrible headaches and they occasionally make me feel nausious

If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.
