What Causes Small, Tender And Sore Lump On Roof Of Mouth?

I have a small lump on the roof of my mouth, it doesn t feel as though there is bone it s not a growth it has appeared within the last week and is very very sore and tender and can even feel the pain when im doing can t swallow or eat without noticing it. What is it and what can I do to help with the pain

I have gone through your query, you have small lump on roof of mouth, it can be due to caries or infection is there in your oral cavity, firstly you do warm saline gargle , maintain proper oral hygiene. Consult dentist for that.
