What Causes Small White Spots On Penis Head?
Hello I have developed small white spots on the penis head. These white patches are not painful. My doctor told me its a fungal infection and that I should use Travocort and I still have the white spots. I then went to him after weeks of treatment and he told me that my penis is now naturally like that which I find hard to believe. Can I please get some advice on what to do or use.

Noted your history of development of white spots and patches on penis head, not painful, suggested treatment by your Doctor was Travocort for fungal infection but the white spots still remain and the Doctor says that the penis is naturally like that.
The commonest causes of white spots are as follows:
If the sports are on the edge of the corona or glans these are absolutely normal and are called as Fordyce spots and nothing to worry about these as there is no treatment that is really required.
But if the spots develop after unprotected sex, are on glans then this may be a sexually transmitted disease and needs active treatment.
Sometimes Balanoposthitis can look like the same.
Consult a Dermatologist for the best opinion and further management as needed.
Keep the area clean by washing with plain water.
Apply Liquid Povidone iodine locally.
Use loose clothes.
Avoid hot and humid atmosphere.
