What Causes Smelly Discharge From Vagina?

Hello , for two days now I have noticed a white smelly substance in my vagina that looks like tissue . I usually clean myself up with tissue so I thought that it was just some tissue stuck inside. But I have seen it again and I am now concerned . I didn t have sex for over two years . What is it?
