My discharge is more than before.its smelly , watery and sometimes thick white. My underwear when left open attracts ants. This was not before.i had sex ,it was normal.now Im not sexually active and after that it began.its been a month, starting it was only increase in discharge but not it s also smells.
Your symptoms are indicative of bacterial vaginosis. You can take metronidazole, 500 mg twice daily for one week. You can apply clindamycin cream or metronidazole gel in the vagina on alternate nights for 5 nights.
Take care of your hygiene. Clean your private parts with antibacterial soap. Do not douche your vagina. Since you are sexually active. get STD tests done to rule out STI like gonorrhea and chlamydia. If test reports are positive, you will be treated with antibiotics / antivirals. Avoid multiple partners. Always have safe sex.
