What Causes Smoke Smell, Sinus Headaches And Dizziness?

I m having episodes where I smell smoke, but no one s smoking, and it feels like the air is getting thick, and I have trouble getting enough air. It s reocurring, frequently, so I don t believe it s panic attacks. I think it may have to do with sinuses, as I have been having sinus headaches and dizziness over the past month. If I have a sinus infection, is there a treatment option other than antibiotics and steroids?

I really appreciate your concern, this could be hallucination (Olfactory ) of course this could be due to sinusitis too, in my opinion better try some steam inhalation, drink more water, no need to have any medicine for this, try to come out of the panic attack, control your thoughts, stop worrying everything would be fine soon, take care.
