I sneezed and it caused me to vomit slightly.............within the last few months I have had issues where I suddenly felt congested in my throat which triggered gag reflex and caused me to vomit. this has happened a couple times at work, twice while out golfing, and a few times at home. Prior to the gag reflex, it feels like my breathing is somewhat restricted. If I do nothing, I can breathe but feel like I am right on the edge of gagging. If I try to clear my throat, i gag and vomit. Sometimes it clears if I just try to wait it out but most of the time it does not.
