If your voice is hoarse and your lips are swelled up you could be having a severe allergic reaction. Please go without delay to an emergency room, your ability to breathe can be compromised and you can be in a life threatening situation if this is what is occurring. See if someone else can find out what was sprayed so that you will never be exposed to it again.
