What Causes Snoring In The Child Inspite Of Removing The Adenoids And Tonsils?

My 4 year old grandson has had his adnoids and tonsils removed yet he still has a snoring/breathing problem. I think he is experiencing dry mouth symptons which has resulted in him getting three cavaties. Is there something that we can do to help him? He brushes his teeth regularily especially before bed. thank you
