What Causes Soft Erection And Pain In Head Of The Penis?

Hi, This is a question related to my fiance. He is 27 yrs old and quite active sexually. Is involved in healthy masturbation (3-4 times weekly). Last week when we were together, he lost his erection suddenly but not completely. We tried to get it back but no use. Since then he has a bit pain in the head of the penis whenever he gets a hard on and does not feel excited in the same way. Last week has been very stressful for him, due to the work load. Can it be due to this? Please suggest

There could be many reasons for the weak erection and the pain on the head of the penis. It is not because of the masturbation. Need to consult a urologist in person for physical examination.
