What Causes Soft Lump On The Head With Tingling Sensation?

I have a soft swelling on my head 2 inches to the left of my right ear. It is sore probably because i have rubbed it. The swelling is only about a few mm high. Over the last few months there have been strange electrical twinges over this area - occasional. G appleby

it appears to be sebacious cyst. it should be examined by surgeon if requered it can be excised and removed. biopsy has to be done after surgery.
