What Causes Soft Movable Painful Lump At The End Of Surgical Scar?

I have a weird bump/knot that has shown up at the end of my c-section scar... It s burning and hurts to even touch. It s not hard if I touch it, it s mushy and moves.. I had my son almost 2 years ago and have never noticed anything like this... What could it be?

I really appreciate your concern, such lesion could be hypergranulated tissue, if this increase in size, and hurting then this need to be taken care, second this could be lymph node and in either case clinical examination is must, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
