What Causes Sole And Arch Pimples With Pus And Itching?

When at work with socks and boots on all day in the warmer months I get these pussy type pimples on the bottom of my feet in the arch and on the sides. They are itchy sometimes. I seem to get a couple of new ones every day that I wear boots and socks.

There is a possibility that you have developed pustular tinea pedis.
It is a fungal infection affecting mainly soles.
Your description matches with that.
Treatment can be done with oral and topical antifungals.
I usually prescribe ointment clotrimazole and have seen good response with that.
You can discuss regarding this with your dermatologist.
