What Causes Solid Stools And Diarrhea At The Same Time Despite Giving Taxim-O?

Dear sir ,my son is 4 month old.for last 7/8 days there is loose motion with watery and curdy look.Doc adviced Z&D oral suspension,bafilac powder but yesterday prescribed bafilac suspension,AD10 sachet and TAXIM-O .But there is no improvement.my son is active as usual and there is no symptom of weakness.Kindly suggest me any other medicine to check loose motion or will continue this.

Hello,

1. You can try oflokem -o syrup depending upon the weight of the baby .its to be given 1ml per 3kg body weight.
2. You can continue with the rest of the treatment as such and instead Bifilac suspension you can use tablet Lac 1/4th twice a day if the severely loose motion and once if semi-solid.
