What Causes Something Moving Feeling In Rectum And Vagina?

What would cause the sensation that something is moving in and around my rectum and vagina? I just treated my head for lice thanks to a so called friend not telling me she has it. Could head lice cause this? What should I do? It isn t a constant moving but every now and then I feel it. Worms? Crabs? Please help. Thank you. Sincerely, Shelly
