Hi..
Can understand your concern..
As per your complain it seems that you have severe inflammation of gums leading to soreness, swelling, and bleeding from gums and the condition is collectively known as
Gingivitis.
It occurs most commonly due to bacterial infection due to poor
oral hygiene leading to inflammation of gums and the above explained symptoms.
The inflammation of gums can occur due to some other medical conditions like hormonal changes during puberty,
pregnancy and
menopause.
Autoimmune diseases.
As a side effect of certain medicines.
Vitamin C deficiency causing Scurvy.
But the most common cause is bacterial infection.
I would suggest you to consult a dental surgeon and get clinical evaluation done for the cause of gum problem.
In case of infection scaling, intake of antibiotics, painkillers, antihistamine, gum paint can relieve your symptoms.
If it is due to underlying systemic conditions correction of the same can help.
Hope your query is solved..
Thanks and regards..
