What Causes Sore And Dark Red Vagina?

My vagina is dark red, sore, lightly bleeding, feels like it is hot down there, itchy and there are tiny bumps outside my vagina near it. The sores are NOT open and I do not see any discharge only a little blood. I have had numerous yeast infections and this feel like them except now I have these bumps and my vagina is bleeding. That is why I do not think it is a yeast infection. When I used a vagina cooling pad and rubbed it it felt a little better at least for the moment and when I rub it with my bare hand it also feels better. I am 39 years old and was diagnnosed with the HPV virus when I was 22 had a flare up back then. I had laser surgery they were removed and to this date at least I have not had any flare ups. The bumps I mentioned are very tiny. I am scared cervical, ovarian, breast cancer and lymphoma run in my family...Please help
