What Causes Sore And Swollen Lump Under Chin With Radiating Pain?
I have a very sore lump under my chin to the left, the pain / soreness extends from my chin to my ear and my shoulder, it hurts to look left and the pain around my ear is directly under my ear lobe. my throat doesn t hurt, bu my voice is very hoarse, also, the pressure of swolling hurts.

You may have enlarged lymphnode, salivary gland or some cancer. You should go ultrasound study and fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump.
