What Causes Sore And Weak Muscles In The Legs And Arms?

HI, I had a picc line put in over two weeks ago, I got a rash from the resephin so was put on moxypiloxin (sorry about spelling) the day I started the new antibiotics the arm I have my picc in locked up in the middle of the night and was sore the rest of the day, the next day after another dose I had restless legs in the middle of the night and now the muscles in my legs and arms are weak, sore, and I cant stand on my legs without having to move them. is this the picc or the meds? please help
