What Causes Sore And Yellow Throat?

I am just now recovering from bronchitis but my wisdom tooth started to come out and I have a sore throat again.i checked in the mirror and took a pic and the back of my throat is yellow with some red spots here and there.It hurts to swallow and all my teeth are sensitive as well to the hot or cold.

If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily , Plenty of fluids ,
analgesic Paracetemol + Ibuprofen combination &
Vitamin C twice daily.
