What Causes Sore Belly Under C Section?

Hi I have a realy sore belly just under my c section scare last 1 was nealy 2yrs ago my belly feels and looks pregant it hurts when I pee I have 2 hold my belly and slow it down im oik when resting in less I cought or laught please help this dnt feel right I have had 5 c sections

I think you should start a course of pantoprazole along with metronidazole and antispasmodic tablets for 5 days.
