What Causes Sore Breast And Missed Periods?

My period is now five days late. Last one was Aug 13. I have 35 day cycle. My nipples have been extremely sore for almost a week now. I m way more tired than usual and have had some crazy bowel issues lately. I took three preg tests three days ago and all were neg. So what else could be wrong?

In the current scenario, you can repeat the HPT a couple of days later with a fresh early morning sample as the earlier tests may have been taken too early. You can also go for the estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres if you wish to have a diagnosis earlier. A trans-vaginal sonogram after another week also helps to know the status of the pelvic organs. Your symptoms could be due to a very early pregnancy but they need substantial evidence for confirmation. Hope your query has been answered. Take care.
