What Causes Sore Breasts Along With Bloating In Post Menopause State?

Im 64 years old.......last period at 52.........I have one ovary left.....I still experience aching breasts and bloating and cravens for chocolate...every month for 12 yrs.,,.........this month not only these issues but with cramping....feels like any moment I m getting my period again....some smears of blood from my rectum. I have put in a call for my Doctor..waiting to hear from her.

During post-menopause, for several years, cyclical issues are experienced by some people and you could be one among them. Hot flushes also persist for many years. Yet, since you have had some rectal bleeding, it is ideal to go for a complete evaluation and also note the state of your ovary. You should also get your hormones assessed and ask your doctor if you need any supplements, though mostly they are not advised at this stage. Please maintain a healthy diet, adequate liquids and sufficient rest. Take care.
