Hallow dear, I have read your concern and have understood it. However, you should have mentioned your age.
Considering your history, I presume you to be around 40+ or so.
Your symptoms are suggesting as Perimenopausal Syndrome. These symptoms are due to low oestrogen in the body while approaching
menopause. Moreover, you are having
Mirena which is
progesterone releasing device. It can increase the intensity of low Oestrogen symptoms.
If your husband has undergone
vasectomy, why should to have Mirena? You can get it removed.
Report to your Gynaecologist about your symptoms.
Inclusion of Phyto-oestrogens in the diet or in medicinal forms will give you some relief from the symptoms. Positive thoughts are key to get rid of mood changes. Probably you may look for assistance from a counsellor if it is too bad. Please convey my message to your husband to be more considerate and positive towards you.
I am not advising you any
hormone replacement therapy. If at all taken, it should be for a brief period only.
I would like to have more information before I guide you further. You may ask me a direct question.
