What Causes Sore Breasts Along With Tiredness And Emotional Feelings With Positive UPT?

i had a positive pregnancy test in the begining or march, along with sore breasts, feeling tired and emotinal. my doctor sent me for a blood test but it came back negative. i started beeling a few days later. begining of april i tested positive again then negative. my doctor repeated bloods and again, negative results, it is now the begining of april, i have had an ultrasound showing something abnormal as my doctor put it, blood tests showing i am now anemic, high bp and pulse, pain in my lower left abdomen/back, i have been bleeding since march, had 8 days of loosing big blood clots, ill researched my symptoms and keeping getting ectopic pregnancy yet my doctor hasnt mentioned it, i cant sleep, im always crying, i know somethings not right i can just feel it
