Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Sore Breasts And Pimples On Forehead After Delayed Period?
last month I had a weird peroid it was light few days late never absorbed any tampons and it stoping and then starting again. Now month later my peroid is now late 7days with a few symptoms such as sore breasts when touched and looks like tiny zits on my forehead which I never get.
Delayed menstruation can be related to hormonal imbalance due to stress or physiological cause. The symptoms are commonly observed during and before menstrual phase. I suggest you wait for few days and if the condition doesn’t change, consult a gynaecologist.
Along with physical examination, medical history, couple of blood tests might be advised by the doctor. Also if needed depending on the underlying cause, she might prescribe appropriate medication to induce menstruation.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Manisha Auradkar, General & Family Physician
