Hello,

Delayed menstruation can be related to hormonal imbalance due to stress or physiological cause. The symptoms are commonly observed during and before menstrual phase. I suggest you wait for few days and if the condition doesn’t change, consult a gynaecologist.

Along with physical examination, medical history, couple of blood tests might be advised by the doctor. Also if needed depending on the underlying cause, she might prescribe appropriate medication to induce menstruation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
