What Causes Sore Breasts And Sensitive Nipples?

my boobs have been sore/heavy like being on my period and one nipple is very sensitive and kinda sore the last few days and tonight I noticed a white pimple on my nipple. I don t know if its from switching birth controls or what. when i squeezed it puss came out but not like pimple puss. Im 24 y/o/f and have been on antibiotics for a root canal

I think you should do a pregnancy test first to check for pregnancy. You don't have any fever so it is not likely related to infection.
