What Causes Sore Breasts And Stomach Cramps?

I just finished 5 days of light bleeding and very mild cramps at onset. Only now my breasts are sore and I am cramping. I have been on lo eusterin fe for a year. Not pregnant. Last cycle was 42 days and heavy cramping and sore breasts two weeks leading up to period. This cycle 38 days, very mild cramping. Period started, lasted five days..light. Now breasts are sore. Possibilities not including pregnancy?

Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. As you are regular with your medication, your cycles are well protected. However, the recent change in the menstrual pattern associated with breast tenderness and cramps is suggestive of hormone disturbance. This could be due to infections, use of antibiotics and weight changes. In the current scenario, you should exclude pregnancy as well. A sonogram of the pelvis, preferably in the trans-vaginal route, is helpful to know the status of the pelvic organs. Further management can be planned accordingly. Hope this helps.
