What Causes Sore Breasts And Vaginal Spotting?

Hi.. I took Levonelle two weeks ago.. 48 hours after unprotected sex. He came twice inside of me in one eve. I’ve not been on any birth control for about two years. After taking the MAP I had an early period a week later. Oh and I had literally just finished a period the day before so wasn’t ovulating. I bled from the 20th Dec til the 23rd very heavily. But now on the 28th Dec I still have sore breasts and have just started spotting.. Am I pregnant? Or side effects of Levonelle? Or an STD? Pls help?
