What Causes Sore Elbows And Knees, Swollen Fingers And Bloated Stomach?

i am 24 years old and for the past couple days i have had sore elbows sore knees swollen fingers and my stomach bloated as if i was pregnant. but it was all of a sudden. i feel weak and i am a little shaky. i am 9 days late for my period. but i had an oopherectomy and my period hasn't been the same since. i have a poor diet because i am a picky eater, but i've been like this my whole life, and this has never happened. i eat a lot of dairy products and pastas. i drink a lot of water lately as well. i am a pack a day smoker, and i have a couple drinks a day.
