Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand..

As per your complain it seems that you have got inflamed gum flap over the wisdom tooth that has got inflamed secondary to infection as well as trauma caused by biting over it leading to pain and also swollen lymph nodes under the neck..
The sore throat also seems to be due to gum inflammation that commonly causes inflammation in throat leading to soreness and pain..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and x ray of wisdom tooth can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
He can advise you to take antibiotics like amoxicillin and anti-inflammatory painkillers like Motrin ad warm saline gargles for reducing infection and pain..
Do warm compresses over the lymph nodes..
Once the inflammation subsides treatment can be proceeded..
In case if tooth is not impacted removal of gum flap will relieve.
In case if it is impacted extraction of tooth has to be done..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
